Estate Range

Our Estate Range is what we are known for.  Produced from fruit grown on the Estate, hand-crafted in our cellars and bottled on the estate, these are wines that reflect the character of the people and the place.  Capturing the uniqueness of the Pyrenees and enhanced by our organic vineyard management and a real love of crafting something special, we believe these wines are some of the truest examples of what great Victorian wine is all about.

Sauvignon Blanc
Lightly aromatic with delightful palate structure. More food oriented than some, goes well with seafood and a variety of fresh & modern cuisine.
Chardonnay
A fresh fruity Chardonnay with green apple, citrus, nectarine & toasted cashew notes and understated oak.
Merlot
A wine to relish now & over the next few years, with hard cheeses & hearty red meat dishes.
Shiraz
Rich and full flavoured, yet elegant & refined. Pyrenees Shiraz is one of the iconic Victorian wines that is an essential part of every cellar.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Arguably the king of red wines! Fresh & vibrant cassis & blueberry fruit characters intermingle with cedar & cigar box spices.
